The room was very clean, spacious and luxurious. The staff was very efficient and friendly. It was a good decision to include breakfast. The drinks and amenities in the room were all of high quality. The room was perfect, except that it was far away from the tourist area of Shanghai. The service was above the price.

Really clean pool and facilities. Loved to sauna and jacuzzi. The beds were comfortable and the surroundings had plenty of nice restaurants. very happy with our stay.

It was a little far from the center of Shanghai, but convenient because it was on the side of the subway station.

Exceptional service. Very nice building, rooms, halls. Breakfast is good: has both western and chinese food, fresh juice, fruits, ommlets.

They have a cute robot to send you little things to your room like bottle water, phone charges etc

The jacuzzi is probably the largest in the city and perfect to relax in. The executive lounge is definitely worth the extra. All the staff were extremely helpful, polite and well trained.

The service was excellent. Best kept sauna and steam room (and it was on). Gym was good Room was super comfy, clean and big. Lovely big clean bathroom Nice view
