The room was very clean, spacious and luxurious. The staff was very efficient and friendly. It was a good decision to include breakfast. The drinks and amenities in the room were all of high quality. The room was perfect, except that it was far away from the tourist area of Shanghai. The service was above the price.

Exceptional service. Very nice building, rooms, halls. Breakfast is good: has both western and chinese food, fresh juice, fruits, ommlets.

The jacuzzi is probably the largest in the city and perfect to relax in. The executive lounge is definitely worth the extra. All the staff were extremely helpful, polite and well trained.
